Issue/Introduction

ConnectAll SaaS automation jobs may encounter performance degradation characterized by extended polling durations or service aborts during the startup phase. This behavior is observed even when the record volume is minimal and may persist following previous defect remediations.

Symptoms:

• Automated alerts for "Slow Poll" notifications.
• Automation jobs timing out during the polling interval.
• ConnectAll service aborts on start up during poll duration calculations.
• Polls running longer than expected despite low record counts.

Environment

• ConnectAll SaaS
• SaaS Production environments

Cause

A defect in the poll duration computation logic causes the system to hang or time out during the polling interval. This is tracked under defect DE209102.

Resolution

This defect will be fixed in a future release.
