Software Delivery DTS agent crashes while staging large packages

Issue/Introduction

DTS Agent crashes on Software Delivery scalability server when large size packages (i.e. 10GB +) are staged onto it.

DTSAgent logs contains errors similar to the following:
 
ERROR  | Failed to encode UTF8 buffer into Unicode
ERROR  | Failed to allocate memory during file operation
ERROR  | E (320) Slave heartbeat has expired; process id=<7512>, slave id=<0>
ERROR  | Supplied input buffer length is less than the required buffer length for the UTF-8 encoded string, length required is <167> but buffer length is <42> id was <53736>

Environment

Client Automation 14.6

Resolution

A fix is available to address this issue.
