Orchestrator action executions fail on vCFA 9.0 with action with execution id was not found error

Issue/Introduction

• Action executions fail in distributed 3 node vCFA environments with:
  
  "Action with execution id <uid> was not found"


• Data fields (such as VM template dropdowns) mapped to Orchestrator actions are empty.
• Intermittent 404 errors when requesting blueprints with custom forms.

Environment

vCFA 9.0/9.0.1

Cause

The issue is caused by the internal routing of requests among all nodes of the VMSP cluster.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in the VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0.2 patch. Broadcom recommends upgrading to this version to ensure cluster-wide synchronization of Orchestrator action executions.
