Issue/Introduction
SUSE Linux VM running Docker workload hangs.
"fstrim" operations are run within the guest OS around this time.
Storage logs show prompt processing of all unmap commands with no queuing.
vSAN Cluster Health is 100% and no latency spikes or VM stun times occurr on the vSAN layer.
Issues in the following KBs have been ruled out:

Virtual Machines Hang or Experience Poor Performance on vSAN ESA During Large Amount of Unmap Activity

Cause
This is a guest-OS level issue.
Resolution
Engage OS vendor.
