CA Identity Manager: Can't install report server

Issue/Introduction

Jasper Report Server installation fails with the following error messages. It is a fresh installation and there is no any Repository existing in DB.

install.bat -r c:\sample.properties -l c:\install.log

ERROR [InstallerLog] [validateWithDBname:128] - Given Repository database jasperserver is already present
ERROR [InstallerLog] [validateWithDBname:129] - DatabaseServerMain returned with code :16217
ERROR [InstallerLog] [validateWithDBname:235] - sugarcrm database sugarcrm is already present
ERROR [InstallerLog] [validateWithDBname:236] - DatabaseServerMain returned with code :16218
ERROR [InstallerLog] [validateWithDBname:267] - foodmart database sugarcrm is already present
ERROR [InstallerLog] [validateWithDBname:268] - DatabaseServerMain returned with code :16219

Identity Manager 12.6SP8 / Windows2012 64bit Japanese
SQL Server 2014 Japanese
JDK-8u92 / Tomcat 8.0.35
 

Resolution

CABI 6.2.0 only supports English environment.
Please check supported languages:

Current version (CABI 6.3.0) supports Japanese environment.
Please check supported languages:

If you want to use CABI 6.2.0, please install the report server on English OS.
