Aria Operations for Logs does not display its own internal logs in Explore Logs

Issue/Introduction

Internal logs generated by the Aria Operations for Logs, such as /var/log/vmware/loginsight/audit.log, are not visible in the "Explore Logs" view.

Environment

Aria Operations for Logs 8.18.X

Cause

The "Explore Logs" UI shows logs forwarded from integrated VMware products (such as vSphere and NSX) and Aria Operations for Logs agents.
Local log files on the Aria Operations for Logs itself are not forwarded, so they do not show in the UI.

Resolution

To view the internal logs, access the appliance directly via SSH.
