Performance slowness in AAI Jobs panel when Honor eEM Policies is enabled for AutoSys

Issue/Introduction

When the Honor eEM Policies option is enabled for AutoSys instances in Automation Analytics & Intelligence (AAI), users experience significant performance degradation and latency in the Jobs panel. The AAI system performs sequential authorization checks for each job against EEM as-job policies, leading to long population times (e.g., several minutes for 15,000 jobs).

Cause

Symptoms

• The AAI Jobs panel takes an excessive amount of time to load or refresh.
• The jaws.log file contains thousands of entries indicating sequential access checks:

INFO [UserAccessManagerImpl] Required access denied for Action[as-job.read];

Resolution

This issue is tracked via defect DE201913.

Targeted to be fixed in release AAI 26.0.
