Issue/Introduction

As far as we know the current Ticket Enrichment is a one-to-one assignment where we can either populate the Incident Field with an Alarm Field or a String Default Value.

What we are looking for is:

1. Allow us to combine Alarm attributes AND strings to Incident fields.

 

Example, we can set the Description as “Alarm: $Message“.

 

1. Allow us to add multiple alarm attributes, along strings to Incident fields.

 

Example, we can set the Description to “$Host <> $Message <> $Severity”
