Issue/Introduction

Changes introduced in Service Catalog web forms are not presenting in end user browser display, unless local browser cache is cleared

Environment

Service Catalog 17.x

Resolution

  1. Stop the CA Service Catalog services.
  2. Delete all files and subfolders within USM_HOME\view\translets.
  3. Clear the browser cache.
  4. Restart the CA Service Catalog services.
