Rest API does not show UserTag1 or 2 data in the alarms list when called

Issue/Introduction

When using the REST API to retrieve the list of alarms, e.g. /rest/alarms/, usertag information is not displayed on the alarms, even though it is visible on the alarms in USM, IM, and/or the database.

Resolution

This is the result of a defect which has been resolved in webservices_rest 8.47.  Customers using webservices_rest 8.43 should upgrade.
