This KB describes the files used in steps 1 and 2 (optional) of the procedure documented in the following docs:

VCF usage meter 9.x

Resolution

Steps 1 and 2 (Optional) are security procedures to verify the integrity and authenticity of the downloaded ISO file.
These steps are not strictly required.

• Step 2-a verifies whether the downloaded file has been corrupted or if any data loss occurred during network transmission.
• Steps 2-b and 2-c verify whether the respective ISO file was genuinely provided by Broadcom.
