Issue/Introduction
No ntevl alarms coming from our protected environment in IM or OC - UIM is not sending alerts/events to Operator Console and they are missing from the Alarm Window in IM.
This started as a dig into why the support team was not getting email alerts and tickets about monitors we have had set up in the ntevl probe. We now can see that there are no alerts/events being generated for those servers. We have done numerous tests from one of the servers and we see nothing come in. We have restarted the tunnel client hub and verified that the queues are clearing. We have restarted the Primary hub and verified that the queues are clearing. We have verified the tunnels are working. We have restated the robot on the specific server we were testing and were able to see an event show up in the ntevl log but it went nowhere else. We have verified that data is making its way into OC for this server, but not for ntevl and the only alerts being generated are from the vmware probe and not the CDM probe. The robot looks like it is working, the NAS auto-operator has not changed since we created it, we verified that the events we tested in the server have not changed format since the time they were working.

Cause
- corruption of database.db
Resolution
The database.db became corrupted in some way on May 13th, 2026 as that was the time stamp of the last ntevl alarm.
We had to set deactivate the alarm_enrichment and nas, set aside/rename the database.db and activate, then the ntevl alarms updated as of the current date. Apparently they were all stuck in the large 561MB SQL lite database.
