Operational Delay column is missing from the Gantt Chart Jobs Table in AAI

Issue/Introduction

When viewing a Jobstream in the AAI Web UI Gantt Chart, users may notice the following behavior:

• The Operational Delay column is not visible in the Jobs Table (the list of jobs on the left side of the Gantt view).
• When attempting to add the column via the column selector/settings, the Operational Delay option is missing from the list of available fields.
• Other delay-related columns (such as Latency or Duration) appear to be available and functioning correctly.

Version: 24.4.x and earlier

Component: Web UI

Cause

This issue is caused by a product defect (DE208838) in the Web UI rendering engine, which prevents the Operational Delay field from being correctly indexed and displayed within the Gantt Chart's specific table component.

Resolution

This issue has been reported to AAI Engineering and is currently slated for a fix in a future maintenance release.

Workaround: If you require immediate access to Operational Delay metrics for a specific jobstream:

1. Navigate to the Reporting section of AAI.
2. Run a Jobstream Summary Report or a Jobstream Detail Report.
3. The Operational Delay column remains fully functional and available within these report outputs.
