Cannot directly register VMware Avi Load Balancer for metering in VCF Usage Meter 9.1

Issue/Introduction
In VCF Usage Meter 9.1, the option to directly register a VMware Avi Load Balancer (NSX Advanced Load Balancer) instance for metering is unavailable. To meter Avi Load Balancer usage, it must be associated with and detected through a registered NSX-T Manager endpoint. Additionally, during the upgrade process to version 9.1, any existing standalone Avi endpoints will be automatically removed from the VCF Usage Meter configuration.

Cause
VCF Usage Meter 9.1 introduces automatic detection for the VMware Avi Load Balancer via the NSX-T Manager endpoint. Consequently, the standalone registration option for Avi Load Balancer has been omitted from the VCF Usage Meter web console interface.
Resolution
To successfully meter VMware Avi Load Balancer instances, register them through an eligible NSX-T endpoint. If you are upgrading from a previous version, no manual deletion of the old Avi endpoints is required as they are removed automatically. The only required action is to ensure that those Avi endpoints are properly registered with the corresponding NSX-T Manager.
