Issue/Introduction

The following error message during initialization of CA SYSVIEW:

GSVX031E (MAIN) LOAD failed for module QWIKREF1, QWIKREF module not found

Cause

Chicago-Soft MVS/QuickRef  is not installed  

Resolution

 The CA SYSVIEW Quickref interface must be disabled in order to eliminate this message. To disable this interface, the Sysview parameter QUICKREF-INSTALLED which is located in the OPTIONS member of the Sysview CNM4BPRM library, must be defined to reflect a value of NO. Once this change has been made, CA SYSVIEW will need to be recycled to detect the change.
