Issue/Introduction

1.VCF OPS 9.1 is upgraded from 9.0 without VMSP components, the integrated vCenter is standalone type rather than VCF

2.The Fleet Management Certificate UI displays "No Data Found" or blank fields for one renewed vCenter

3.The integration adapter maintains a "Green" status and OPS management tasks record successful renewal tasks

4.vCenter logs also confirm the TLS certificate was replaced successfully

INFO  com.vmware.certificatemanagement.impl.tls.TlsReplace  opId=] TLS Certificate replaced successfully

Environment

VCF Operations 9.1

Resolution

1. Log in to the VCF Operations UI as an administrator.
2. Navigate to Operate > Administration > Integrations > Standalone vCenter.
3. Select the affected vCenter and click Edit.
4. Click Validate Connection using the current credentials.
5. If no certificate prompt appears, switch to another user with identical roles and re-validate.
6. Accept the certificate thumbprint pop-up from the remote vCenter.
7. Wait six hours for the standard certificate collection cycle to complete before verifying visibility on the Certificates page.
