Are EEM versions 12.6.6.0, 12.6.7.0, and 12.6.9.0 compatible with Microsoft Windows Server 2022 and Windows Server 2025?

Products: EEM 12.6.x (Bundled with CA Service Management 17.4)

Resolution

Windows Server 2022: Yes, EEM 12.6.x (including 12.6.6.0, 12.6.7.0, and 12.6.9.0) is certified and fully compatible with Windows Server 2022.

Windows Server 2025: As of July 2026, EEM 12.6.x is not yet certified for Windows Server 2025. Certification for the broader Service Management suite (SDM, Catalog, CCA) and ITPAM (excepting specific CPs like 4.4 CP04) on Windows 2025 is still pending roadmap updates.
