Creating a log bundle for a DB instance in Data Services manager (DSM) fails when NSX is in use.

Issue/Introduction

Log bundle creation fails in DSM when NSX is in use.

Error message observed in DSM UI for the collection task:

"Logs collection has failed"

Environment

VMware Data Services Manager 9.x

Cause

This is a known issue, when NSX is in use.

 

Resolution

This issue will be resolved in a future build of DSM.
