Issue/Introduction

When configuring and setting up rules within the Ticket Enrichment module, users have identified that they are restricted to standard, predefined fields.

Currently, the system does not support the addition or integration of custom attributes to drive these enrichment rules.

This enhancement request aims to introduce the flexibility to use custom-defined fields to automate and enrich incoming tickets more effectively.
