VCF cloud account Validation fails with invalid credentials or Save button is disabled

Issue/Introduction

1. When editing a VCF cloud account, Validation of this cloud account can fail with invalid credentials even when the credentials are correct.
2. After successful validation, the Save button remains disabled

Environment

Aria Automation 8.18.1, VCF Automation 9.x

Cause

Validation of an existing VCF cloud account requires both vCenter Server and NSX Manager credentials even if only one of these needs to be validated.

Resolution

To validate the VCF cloud account, input the credentials for both the vCenter Server and NSX Manager accounts. Both sets of credentials are needed even if just the vCenter or NSX account is being validated.

When editing the VCF cloud account, it is possible that the Save button does not get enabled even when the validation is successful. To resolve this:

1. Input the credentials for both the vCenter Server and NSX Manager accounts and validate both the accounts.
2. Under Configuration makes sure "Allow provisioning to these datacenters" has the correct datacenter selected.
3. Input the vCenter Server and NSX Manager credentials again and Validate the vCenter Server only.

The Save button should now be enabled.
