Embedded VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator integration incorrectly displays as "Shutdown" in the UI

Issue/Introduction
- After replacing the VMware Aria Automation certificate using VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle, the embedded VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator (vRO) integration status shows as Shutdown (found under Assembler > Infrastructure > Integrations).
- Before resolving the certificate trust, the following error may appear in the UI (found under Assembler > Infrastructure > Integrations>embedded-VRO): :
PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target - The "Shutdown" status persists in the UI for certain non-administrative users, even when all backend pods are healthy and running normally. Users with administrative privileges correctly see the status as Running.

Cause
This incorrect "Shutdown" status is a UI display limitation triggered by insufficient role-based permissions assigned to the affected user's authenticated account.
Resolution
To resolve this display issue and ensure users see the correct integration status:
Confirm that the certificate replacement is fully applied and the initial "PKIX path building failed" error is resolved by following KB 402550.
Validate that all backend pods are active and healthy.
If the UI continues to display the integration as "Shutdown" for specific users, log in with an administrator account to review their permissions.
Assign the Service Broker Viewer role to the impacted user accounts. This grants them the necessary access to view the accurate integration status.
