Issue/Introduction
Historical monthly data are not reflecting in the Flex Report, even though the historical data is present within the configured BYOD folder location.
Resolution
By default, the bill collection process for BYOD only includes the current and previous month. For example, if you upload May 2026 data in July 2026, it falls outside of this default window, and the application will not automatically collect the May data.
If historical data needs to be collected, please raise a support ticket.
