Organizations often need to retrieve user login audit trails within specific timeframes to satisfy compliance audits, investigate security incidents, or troubleshoot user access issues.
VMware Cloud Console, Broadcom Cloud Services Console
Because login audit logs cannot be directly exported by administrators from the standard dashboard, they must be manually pulled and compiled by the support team. To obtain this data, you must submit a formal request through a Broadcom Support ticket containing the necessary administrative details.
To process your request, please provide the following details in your ticket:
Organization ID (Org ID): The unique alphanumeric code identifier for your cloud console tenant.
User ID / Email Address: The exact email address of the user whose login logs are required.
Start Date and Time: The exact beginning of the requested audit window (please specify the time zone, e.g., UTC).
End Date and Time: The exact conclusion of the requested audit window.
Please format your request using the structure shown in Table 1. Once processed, the technical support engineers will provide the extracted data matching the format in Table 2.
