Aria Automation provisioning fails due to "No compute placement candidates found in cloud zones"

Issue/Introduction

• Error seen in creating deployment:
  • No placement exists that satisfies all of the request requirements. See 'Provisioning Diagram' for more information.
  • No compute placement candidates found in cloud zones
• Correct tagging has been confirmed in the blueprint and the compute resources
• The compute is available and does not have full quota
• Cloud account data collection & image sync are completing successfully

 

Environment

Aria Automation 8.18.x

Cause

This can happen when Image Mappings for the designated compute have been lost due to updates on the content library

Resolution

Remap the images in the Image Mapping section of Aria Automation
