Request cannot be submitted sporadical

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• After filling the deployment request and clicking the submit buttom nothing happens.
• The "Submit" buttom is greyed out after the click and can't be clicked a second time.
• Closing the request form and reopening it again shows the same symptoms.

Environment

VCF Automation 9.0.x

VCF Automation 9.1.0

Resolution

This issue is under the investigation and the fix to be profided in one of the next release.

Workaround is to hard refresh the page (F5).
