How can I set a due date for an Action Item created in Modern UX?

Issue/Introduction

We are in the process of creating Action Items in Modern UX and would like to utilize due date to be able to send reminders for the user who did not responded.

Environment

Clarity 16.x

Resolution

There is no option to set a due date for Action Items generated in Modern UX.

To send a reminders for the users who did not respond to an Action Item it would need to be done via GEL script by checking created_date and the status of the Action Item.
