Issue/Introduction

You need to identify when support started for live update for Cloud Managed DLP agents. 

Environment

Symantec DLP Endpoint Prevent for CloudSOC managed agents. 

Resolution

For On-prem Live Update, support with schedule randomization started with DLP agents version 25.1. Agents cannot be upgraded to 25.1 from any version prior to 25.1 for on-prem managed DLP agents via Live update and must be upgraded manually. 

For CloudSOC managed Live Update. Support begins with DLP version 26.1 No version prior to 26.1 can be upgraded using live update for CloudSOC agents via Live Update and must be upgraded manually
