Issue/Introduction

We're working on updating our CA APM environments to CA APM 10.8 SP2 and moving to the new APM-Agent-25.11.1.45-webspherenoredef-unix agents.

We replaced Introscope Agent in few regions and discovered the common issue:

[WARN] [IntroscopeAgent.Agent] Could not gather data from PMI module webAppModule: null

This error is reported in the logs after server start/restart, but will eventually disappear after webAppModule metrics will start rendering under the PMI. All other PMI metrics are available right away, but the webAppModule metrics are always late to the game. 

The same issue is with all the other application servers, including Portal JVMs. 

Resolution

Fixed in agent 26.5.1.1 version
