How can I get a notification when a HIPER or SECINT PTF is published for Endevor?

The notification methods include our new Notification Process for Critical, Product Advisories, Release Announcements, and Security Advisories:
- Critical Alerts - Alerts related to High Impact or Pervasive Software Problems (also known as HIPER alerts for mainframe customers/engineers), major product issues, and support announcements of a critical nature.
- Product Advisories - Notifications related to product issues, configuration updates, and feature enhancements.
- Release Announcements - Product life cycle notices (GA, EOL, EOS, compatibility matrix, feature releases).
- Security Advisories - Notifications related to potential security risks, vulnerabilities and available remediations.
The proactive notification process provides a mechanism to proactively engage our customers via email. Customers subscribe to the type of notifications they would like to receive and will then receive them as they are initiated by the system as appropriate for the product / component to which they have subscribed. This system works in tandem with the 'HIPER' process and leverages the same subscription list, so a customer who has subscribed to HIPERs and/or critical alerts will receive an email sent via either system.
To sign up for Proactive Notifications, Support Engineers and customers may visit Support.Broadcom.com. From your Dashboard, click the “downward carrot” next to your name in the upper right corner
You will see this:
Click on Notification Settings - You will then see something similar to this:
Where it says “Search by Product Name” – for example type in Endevor
Select the notification you wish to receive using the checkoff boxes. Recommendation is to select all boxes.
