Extra "Else" condition field appears during Time-of-Day SLA setup - AAI

Issue/Introduction

 In the Deadlines & Rules tab for a jobstream, users see an additional field or step during the setup of Time-of-Day SLAs. This "extra" step(ELSE condition) appears as a system default fall-through and cannot be removed in current versions.

Environment

Automation Analytics & Intelligence (AAI) 24.4.x

Cause

This is a product limitation where the default "else" block is required when defining multiple SLAs. It is targeted for a future release but there's no ETA yet.

Resolution

This issue is currently under review for simplification. A product enhancement request is being tracked under internal ID DE188166.
