Custom Classic UI Portlet Displaying Incorrect Total Numeral Values

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 
1. Create a custom Portlet that uses a Query. The query needs to reference a Resource's Investment association and Time Slice data
2. Associate the Portlet to a Portlet Page
3. Access the Portlet Page.
4. View information for a Resource that has more than 20 rows returned (30 in this example). When you access the page it will say :
Displaying 1-20 of 30
 in the lower right.
5. Go to the next page, to display 21-30 of 30
6. Use the portlet page to view the information for a Resource that has less than 20 rows returned

Expected Results: 
The Displaying value in the lower left will only display the number of rows associated to the second Resource, for example if they have 10 rows, it will show:
Displaying 1-17 of 17

Actual Results:
It will retain the Displaying information from the first Resource, who had more than 20 values, so instead may say:
Displaying 21 - 10 of 17

Resolution

Workaround: 
Completely logging out of Clarity and logging in again allows the numbers to refresh
