Error: LCMVCFA20006 Could not get VCF Automation token in Fleet Manager

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to power off or restart an Automation cluster from Fleet Manager, the task fails with: Error Code: LCMVCFA20006 Could not get VCF Automation token for host: #### username: admin@system. Connect to ####:443 failed: Connection refused

Environment

VCF Automation 9.x

Cause

This error occurs when the Fleet Manager cannot communicate with the VCF Automation appliance, typically because the Automation services are down because of various reasons.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, open a service request with Broadcom Support for the VCF Automation product.
