Issue/Introduction

When attempting to use a Croatian keyboard layout during a Privileged Access Manager (PAM) session (e.g., via RDP), users may encounter an "Input Language not supported" warning or find that keystrokes do not map correctly.

PAM 4.x

Cause

The Croatian (HR) keyboard layout is not currently among the certified input languages for PAM. When the keyboard layout is set to AUTO, PAM attempts to match the local computer's language with its internal list of certified layouts. If no match is found, the default or an unsupported warning is triggered.

Resolution

This requirement is currently tracked as an enhancement request. Support for the Croatian keyboard layout is not expected to be processed until after the release of version 4.3.2 (tentatively late July 2026).
