Subsystem Analyzer does not display the correct table name on DB Table Activity Display

Issue/Introduction

Subsystem Analyzer for Db2 for z/OS (PSA) does not display the correct table name on DB Table Activity Display.
The table name is incorrectly displayed as: TABLEOBIDnnnn-9XX.

Cause

During the PSA collection startup the incorrect PLAN entry was specified for the -START(SSA) command.  

Resolution

Verify the following: 

1. Browse hlq.CDBAPARM member PLANSxx and verify the plan name for the entry: PSAPLN01=
2. During Xmanager startup or operation command, verify that the -START(SSA) command specifies the correct plan entry on the PLAN(pppppppp) parameter
