Reporting - Export to CSV Doesn't Retain Order for Per-Period Metrics Attributes

Issue/Introduction

If a report created in the MUX Reporting is configured as Data Extraction (CSV) and the report includes Per-Period Metrics Attributes, the order of attributes in the report is not maintained when the report is exported to CSV.

Steps to Reproduce: 
1. Create a Data Provider for the Investment Object
2. Create a new report, and use Data Extraction (CSV)
3. In the report select some columns that are from Investment, and some Per-Period Metrics Attributes
4. Arrange the order to move some attributes to the right of the Per-Period Metrics attributes
5. Open the Report, and press the Export to CSV button

Expected Results: 
The order of attributes selected should be maintained

Actual Results:
All Per-Period Metrics Attributes are moved to the right, the order is not maintained.

Workaround: 
None
