• vRealize Lifecycle Manager is on version 8.18 Patch 8
• Operations for Networks 6.14.3 binary is uploaded and mapped.
• Attempts to upgrade Operations for Networks throws error:
  
  No repositories for given version

Resolution

This is a known issue impacting VMware vRealize Lifecycle Manager.

Workaround:

Upgrade VCF Operations for Networks directly from its UI. Post upgrade resync vRealize Lifecycle Manager inventory.
