Resolution

ICA does not make any browser-initiated connections to localhost or local network endpoints (including via third-party libraries, iframes, or subresources), consistent with the local network request model as defined by the World Wide Web (W3) Consortium in the June 18, 2026 Draft Community Group Report Local Network Access Specification.
