LOGIN TO SYSVUSER TAKES TOO LONG

Issue/Introduction
Logging into the SYSVUSER address space takes about 10 seconds and there are no error messages. Why does it take so long?
Environment
SYSVIEW 15.0 & 16.0 - z/OS supported releases -
Cause
The dispatching priority for SYSVUSER may be too low.
Resolution
The default service class for the SYSVIEW/SYSVUSER started tasks is SYSSTC.
If the default has been changed, change the service class back to the default. Once the two tasks have a higher service class, you will be able to login more quickly to the SYSVUSER address space.
