Spectrum Archive Manager fails to start with no user model error

Issue/Introduction

Spectrum Archive Manager fails to start with the following error:

SPC-OCP-10065: The Archive Manager has been shut down because the SpectroSERVER does not contain a User model for this user.  

Environment

Spectrum 22.2.x

Cause

The OS user used to start the Archive Manager does not have an associated User model in the Spectrum database. 

Resolution

The SpectroSERVER and Archive Manager process should be started and stopped as the user that was configured to own the Spectrum installation during the installation of Spectrum. Log out of the OS as the current user and then log into the OS as the user that owns the Spectrum installation. Then start the Archive Manager.
