Environment

Release:
Component: AD

Cause

The PTFs noted in the SMP/e errors are to FMID CAYTF02 which is the optional CA Datacom Server 15.0 USS component.

These errors may occur when CAYTF02 was either installed by mistake (was not needed) or was not installed completely.

Resolution

If none of your CA Datacom/AD "using products" require the CA Datacom Server USS component, there was no need to SMP/e RECEIVE and APPLY the optional FMID.

To resolve the situation, either:

-  REJECT the PTFs and do not apply any PTFs to FMID CAYTF02 since you would not be using the USS component.

-  Or, create (via TSO ISHELL) the USS path identified in the error (in this case /ZOSTG4/cai/dbsrv/lib/)  so that  CAYTF02 PTFs can be applied with no error.

If any of your CA Datacom/AD "using products" require the CA Datacom Server USS component and FMID CAYTE02 was intentionally installed, then you can create (via TSO ISHELL) the needed USS path identified in the error message.
