How to bulk enable or disable Symantec VIP credentials

Issue/Introduction

Certain scenarios may require VIP Credentials to be activated or enabled in bulk in a VIP tenant. 

Resolution

Symantec VIP credential management APIs can be used to programmatically activate or enable VIP credentials. (see: Credential management API overview) 

Alternatively, you can request assistance with bulk activating or enabling VIP credentials to a VIP JHash by opening a Broadcom support case. The assigned VIP support engineer will ask for the following:

• Your VIP JHash
• A .CSV file containing 2 columns: VIPJHash in one column, VIP Credential ID in the second. Save the file as a comma-separated .CSV file. 
• A VIP certificate and certificate password from your VIP tenant to be used to perform the operation. The cert can be revoked after completion.
