Issue/Introduction

Configure the automatic logout duration for administrators using the Web Isolation Management User Interface. This setting ensures compliance with company security policies for SaaS offerings by terminating inactive sessions after a defined period.

Resolution

To adjust the sign-out time for the Management Portal, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Web Isolation UI.
  2. Navigate to System Configuration > Advanced Configuration.
  3. Search for authenticationService.
  4. Locate the parameter authenticationService.tokenWindowInMinutes. (The default value is 60).
  5. Click the pencil icon to edit the value to the desired number of minutes.
  6. Click Push Settings to apply the changes.
