Question: 

The client is migrating - upgrading from CA Transcentury Enterprise tester to CA Verify for VTAM r 9.0? Does it involve complex script changes, or straight forward simple migration? Does CA Verify for VTAM r 9.0 have a conversion program to convert CA Transcentury Enterprise tester scripts to CA Verify for VTAM scripts?

Answer: 

CA Verify does not have any conversion program to convert Enterprise Tester scripts to CA Verify scripts. I suppose once you install CA Verify for VTAM the applications team can execute the Transcentury Enterprise Tester scripts and use CA Verify to capture a CA Verify  for VTAM script.
