Issue/Introduction

• On VCF Operations UI > Manage > Licensing > Licenses & Registration > Licenses, the value for Allocated Capacity core count is flapping between 2 values (the correct license capacity value, and a lower value), without any user intervention
• The correct license capacity value is reflected on the VCF Business Service Console (https://vcf.broadcom.com) > License Management > Licenses page for the relevant Tenant ID.

Environment

VCF 9.1.0.0

Cause

Stale transaction records for specific invocation IDs are not purged from the kv_license_server_proxy_exchange table in the vcopsdb database, causing a polling loop between the License Server and VCF Operations.

Resolution

Please open a support request with Broadcom Technical Support to have the issue resolved.
