The Session Timeout for xFlow/ServicePoint Interface is specified in the Administration tab of CA Service Desk Manager.

Below is the procedure to increase the session timeout to 120 minutes.

  1. Log into Service Desk Manager with an Administrator user and open "Administration" tab.

  2. Go to "xFlow Analyst Interface"

    - Choose "General"
    - Click on "Show Filter" button
    - Type "SessionTimeout" in "Configuration Key" field
    - Click on the "Search" button

  3. Open the "SessionTimeout" configuration and click on "Edit."

  4. Replace the default Configuration Value "60" with the desired value (in minutes). In this example, type "120" (this will change the session timeout to 2 hours) . Click on "Save" button.

  5. Restart the "CA xFlow Analyst Interface" service for the change to take effect
