VMware Cloud Director login fails with redirection to loginFailure page

Issue/Introduction
- Accessing a tenant via
https://<vcd-url>/login/?service=tenant:<tenant_name>opens the login page. - After entering the correct Username and Password and clicking SIGN IN, the user is redirected to
/login/loginFailure. - The following error message is displayed on the screen:
An error occurred during login. Please, contact your administrator.
Environment
VMware Cloud Director 10.6.x
Cause
The login failure occurs due to using an unsupported URL format (/login/?service=tenant:<tenant_name>) for direct tenant access.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, use the canonical tenant portal URL format: https://<vcd-url>/tenant/<tenant_name>
