Placing a Monitored Process in Maintenance Mode from the Spectrum OneClick System Resources -> Running and Monitored Processes -> RFC 2790 -> Monitored Processes (RFC 2790) subview does not show the username in the event logged.
The following is an example of the events that are logged when the process model is placed into or taken out of Maintenance Mode when selected from the Monitored Processes (RFC 2790) subview by selecting the monitored process from the list and clicking on the Maintenance button. Notice the user name is blank:

Release: Any release of Spectrum
Component:
This is working as designed. In this instance, an action is performed when the process is put into Maintenance Mode but the userSecurity Manager model is not created which has the user details needed to display the name of the user who placed the model into Maintenance Mode.
Changing this behavior in this instance will have a major impact as other functional areas of Spectrum will be affected. Therefore there will be no action to change this behavior.
Placing the ProcMon2790 model into Maintenance Mode from the Process Monitor Details subview of the ProcMon2790 model will cause the user name of the User who placed the model in Maintenance Mode to appear in the event.
