Unable to see components in VCF Operations 9.1.

Issue/Introduction

This documented issue occurs when components have been imported into VCF 9.0.x and then upgraded to VCF 9.1

Missing components can include Identity Broker, VCF Operations for Logs, VCF Operations for Networks and VCF Automation

Components that were imported using the VCF Brownfield Import tool will not reflect in the Lifecycle section under the build tab in VCF Operations

Environment

VCF 9.1
VCF Fleet Manager 9.1
VCF Operations 9.1

Cause

Known issue outlined in the release notes  VCF Operations 9.1 Release Notes 

Resolution

This is due to a known issue that is slated to be fixed in the 9.1.1 release.  Known issue is documented in:  VCF Operations 9.1 Release Notes
