Issue/Introduction
Customization of VCF Automation request workflows within ServiceNow can be performed solely via the ServiceNow Workflow Editor.
Environment
- VCF Automation 9.0.1 ServiceNow ITSM Plugin
Resolution
VMware is aware that the workflow editor is no longer bundled in the Zurich release.
A future plugin version is planned to support the new Flow Designer.
