Prod APM Alert not getting listed in Alarms in tenant

Issue/Introduction
Seeing an issue where the Alert we received is not visible in Alarms section.
Resolution
The alarm examples provided were closed on 5/12/2026, which was more than 30 days ago. Our DevOps team has confirmed that the tenant has the default setting to purge closed alarms after 30 days.
